For those familiar with Refworks, I keep a database of all my interesting literature in this program, ordered by theme.
Refworks gives people the option to share their literature-references with other people. This can be useful to find interesting literature, and subsequently to cite from this literature in an simple and quick manner.

I am sure you already know about Google Scholar, a tool by google that provides a search of scholarly literature across many disciplines and sources, including theses, books, abstracts and articles.

ghehe yeah i´d say that I found about 50% of all literature that way. Not always directly accessible in PDF, but there are ways....
